B.Tech graduates have job opportunities in both public and private sector. Almost all the leading public sector firms like ONGC, IOC, NTPC, AAI, etc. The initial salary for junior engineers is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. You can find job opportunities in private firms according to the stream you choose for B.Tech. You can also find jobs in software industry. The remunerations in software industry is more than 3 lakhs per annum.
