hello bhawesh,
if you are with maths then many doors to open as you can go with b.tec,b.sc honours in maths physics and chemistry,you have enough time to prepare for aieee and iit types engineering exams,architecture,international olympiad in physics maths chemistry,, actuarial science(related with managing accounts of company) a very high pay streem.
if you are with biology then start preparation for pre-medical enterence exams and can go with b.sc honours in bio,chemistry,physics if you are interested in research or teaching professhion.
if you are a student of arts and commerce then you have hundreds of things to do such as c.a,fashion designing,interior designing,shoe designing, management courses and so on as per your interest.
in last i would like to say: never underestimate yourself,just do it with full devotion;whatever you want.

You have not mentioned your stream on which you have completed 12th class. Any way after 12th in general there are ample of opportunity to go for higher studies, in fact a student can start building his or her career for future.

If you are a student from Science stream, you can apply for under graduate courses in Engineering or Medical/Dental/Homeopathy etc. or B.Sc. by appearing through various entrance exams like IIT JEE/AIEE/VITEEE/BITS/State JEE etc. for engineering and AIPMT/AIIMS/AFMC/State JEE for Medical line.

But if you are from stream other then Science, you can go for under Graduate courses like:-

-B.A. - Bachelor of Arts/Commerce
-BBA - Bachelor of Business Administration
-BCA-Bachelor of Computer Application
-LL.B. - Bachelor of Law(Five years Integrated Law)

Otherwise after 12th you can opt for one of the professional courses like:-

-C.A. - Chartered Accountancy
-CS - Company Secretary
-CWA - Cost and Work Accountant

You can also go with some specialisation courses like:-

-Hotel Management
-Food & Nutrition Technology
-Diploma in Cardiovascular Technology if you are a science student
-Mass Communication etc.

Actually you need to mention your subjects in your 12 class.
Well if you are a science student with mathematics as major you can do your degree with B.Sc (MPC,MPCs,MStCs),B.Tech with the subject you are intested in like CSE(Computers),civil enng,mechanical,Elecrical etc.,
you can also go for NDA exam conducted by UPSE
If your major subject is science you can go for MBBS,B-Pharm,etc.,
And if arts is your subject go for degree with the respect ubject and you can do masters in it.
You can also do CA.
If you find all these to be regular you can also go for learning languages like german,spanish,etc,. in institutes like CIEFL ec., now a days there's a lot of demend for the translator's.

In today's world there are numerous options available to us,we just need to grab it.
1.Engineering-Technical background Fields like-:Computer,Civil,Mechanical,ECE,EEE.
2.BBA-If you are only interested in Management
3.CA-Interested in commerce
4.BMS-Interested in Media,journalism
5.Fashion Technology-used for interior designing
6.Hotel Management-ethically speaking a desired job these days.

You have the following option

- You can go for job after 12th
- you can go for diploma and then job after 12th
- you can go for graduation after 12th

If you go for job after 12th, you wont be able to earn anything ( very less). Also after a period of time you would find it difficult to escalate in organization.

You can go for diploma and then job. Salary would be higher compare to 1st option and growth would also be better but still you will have to struggle for money and recognition

If you go for bachelors degree, you will get good jobs and also opportunity are huge.
You may go for job after your graduation or you can also go for higher studies ( masters )
