What should be the cutoff marks(OBJECTIVE PAPER) of IB ACIO-2012 ?

cut off for gen - 70 30= 100
for obc - 55 25= 80
for sc/st = 65


there is negative -ve marking ( 1/3 rd).
so cut off can be lower but vacancy are less so it will be high as , no . of candidate are 5.83 lakh

I got 47 with out English so is it enough for ACIO 2012?
