It is a good choice of opting for M.Sc in Chemistry after completion of B.Sc in Chemistry.

Due to this, you can gain good subject knowledge which will be beneficial for you
-in getting good job
-in opting for higher studies
-to make your entry into Research side in the field of Chemistry
-to crack Entrance Exams also

If you ask me the better choice between Organic and In Organic chemistry in M.Sc course, I will say Organic Chemistry would be good choice.

Career scope is more in the field of Organic Chemistry for the candidates than In organic Chemistry.

I have seen the candidates who have completed M.Sc Organic Chemistry and got job opportunity soon after completion of their course.

But it is not so easy to complete this course.

The reason being it involves number of chemical mechanisms. You need to understand them logically and you should remember them.

Then only you can give good presentation in the final exams and can complete the course.

If you are not okay with this stuff, then you can opt for In organic chemistry. The final decision is yours. But one thing I can say for you is go with your interest. Then you can do anything.

Wish you all the best.

It all depends on what you want to become in future, if you want to do the job in pharma industries or other chemical industries then organic chemistry will have more scope.
but if you want to continue in teaching, then it depends on your interest which subject you like the most and which you can teach them comfortably.
if you don't want to continue in any chemistry but you still have to choose one of them then better to chose inorganic or physical. Avoid organic as it is relatively considered difficult. And out of analytical and organic, organic is easy to do as you dont have to cram as like in analytical. Scopwise both are nearly same .

This all depends on the future job, you want to choose. If you want to have a job in pharma industries or in any research related field then organic chemistry has more scope.
but If you are going for teaching, then it all depends on your interest which you think you want to teach. you must gain more knowledge of that subject.

If you are choosing just to complete any course and are not really serious about chemistry, and your aim is any other field then you should give preference to inorganic or physical chemistry as they are considered to be relatively easy than organic chemistry. Anyone you can choose but if you are good at doing numerical then you should choose physical chemistry.

Out of organic and analytical both are having equal scopes but in anlytical we have to cram more, So out of these two organic should be preferred.
