hi,
i m a second year engineering student in pune university.
but i got 2 year drop.
my father is a big chemist.
then what should i do, complete my engineering or doing d.pharmacy?
pls answer....

It is solely up to you. If you think that there are greater career prospects in pharmacy which you might be aware of because your father being in the same field, then it will be good to be a good chemist.Engineering, I think, you meant on bachelors level but as far as I know, D.Pharmacy is only a diploma. So you got to decide that is it degree or diploma you want to do. Your father might also be the best person to advise you on this.

i know its difficult to study what u dont like. so do u like pharmacy?if u like then u will be tempted to do the degree course. to be a chemist, u should read BSc chemistry.it is equivalent to B.Pharm. the drug companies take both with same preference.what is important for getting a job is reference that u seem to have from ur father. if u get a reference then only think of leaving engineering else 2 years will be wasted. but at last engeneering degree is far better than pharmacy degree for a general candidate in the prospects of money.
