I gave my final year BA exam in 2016 and scored 44% under Delhi University which is not up to the mark for getting B.Ed. So, how and whom to apply for improvement exam of BA?

You cannot apply for the improvement examination now in the year 2023, for those paper which was conducted in 2016.

So, if you want to improve your aggregate in the graduation then, you will have to take admission in the first year of the course and complete it.
