What should be the minimum qualification to become a Chemistry Lecturer?

I have completed my M.Sc in Biochemistry. I wanted to become a Chemistry Lecturer and teach university level candidates. So, can I do this on the basis of M.Sc only? Or, do I need any further qualifications?

You have to qualify in GATE, NEST ,UGC NET/SET. Then you have to complete your PHD. After finishing phd you are eligible for the post of lecturers. Various universities offers the job trough interview programme
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
