What should be the minimum score in Mathematics to be eligible for AFCAT Flying branch?
Am I eligible for AFCAT Flying branch if I have scored 55 marks in Mathematics in 12th standard Board examination? What is the standard cut-off in Mathematics?

AFCAT exam is conducted for graduate candidates for recruitment to following branches of AFCAT:
- Ground duty -Flying -Technical For getting entry to flying branch, you must have secured about 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics in 12th. You must be graduate in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks. |

As per AFCAT eligibility rules defined, candidate must have scored at least 60% marks in Physics and Mathematics in 10+2 to be eligible for appearing in Flying Branch of AFCAT.
As you have mentioned, you have scored 55 marks in Mathematics, so you may not apply for Flying branch of AFCAT exam. You must have scored at least 60 marks in 10+2 for Mathematics subject to be eligible for Flying branch. Other than AFCAT exam, there is CDS exam for which you can apply. |
