My son's birthday is 13th May, 2008. Is he eligible to appear for 10th class CBSE Board exams as per his birth date? Please give me reply. Thanks.

minimum age required to appear for class 10th cbse board is 14 years and there is no upper limit of age.
Thus, there is maximum number of attempt.

As per the guidlines of central board of secondary education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the 10th board exam is 14 years , as of 31st december of the year of examination . However , there is no upper limit of age to appear in the exam.
For the CBSE 10th board 2020, your son's age would be 12 years, so he is under age for next years CBSE 10th board exam.
