In order to appear in GPSC(Gujarat Public Service Commission),you will require the following Eligibility:-

Educational qualification:-


>>You must be Graduation Pass out in any stream from Recognized university.
>>Your degree should be approved from the UGC.
Age:-


>>Your minimum age should be 21 years.
>>Your age should not be above 28 years.
Age Relaxation details:-


>>If you belong from the SC/ST Category then you will get 5 years of age relaxation.
>>If you belong from the OBC Category then you will get 3 years of age relaxation.


Exam Pattern:-


>>Preliminary Exam.
[It will be Objective Type with 4 options]
>>Mains Exam.(After getting Pass in Preliminary Exam).
[Written Exam]
>>Interview.(After getting pass in Mains Exam).

PAPER I - General Studies – Total Marks will be 150.
PAPER II – Optional Subject from the list selected - Total Marks will be 200.

PAPER I – Gujarati - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER II – English - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER III – General Studies - Total Marks will be 200.
PAPER IV & V – Optional Subject – Total Marks will be 200 for Each Paper.

The Interview will be of 100 Marks.

GPSC-Gujarat Public Service Commission.

GPSC exam conducted by the Gujarat state government.


Eligibility criteria:-

Applicant must have to complete graduation in any stream from a recognised university of India.

Percentage is not required for this examination.

Applicant must be an Indian origin.

Age criteria:-

The candidates age should not be lessthan 21 years, the candidates age should not be above 30years,

Relaxation in age:-

3 years age relaxation for OBC category candidates,

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.


Selection process:-

Preliminary exam,

Mains exam,

Personal interview.
