Coal India Limited (CIL) conducts entrance exam for the recruitment of the posts of Management Trainee (MT). As a Management Trainee, One can get knowledge and experience for getting promotion to managerial positions.

Eligibility For CIL MT
You must have passed graduation AMIE/B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) with attitude least 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. Graduation must be completed any of the Electrical/Mechanical/Mining discipline.

Selection
- Written Exam
- Personal Interview
- Medical Examination

CIL Exam Pattern
- Exam consists of two papers.
- Number of Questions : 100+100 = 200
- Total Marks : 100+100 = 200
- Exam Duration : 3 Hours
- No any negative marks for any wrong answers.
