The Eligibility Criteria for Bank PO Examination is differ from Bank to Bank ,
Eligibility Criteria required For Bank PO Examination :- Academic Qualification :- One should Complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized University . You should score Minimum 60% percentage of marks in Bachelor degree . Final year candidate of Bachelor degree may also eligible to apply for Bank PO Examination . The candidate who Complete M.com / MBA / CS / CFA May also eligible to apply for this Examination . Age Limit :- The candidate age should be Not less then 21 years and not more then 30 years and relaxation will given for sc/st candidates as well as obc candidates . YOu should also try Quiker maths by M.Tyra Which is a very good book telling you all the basics and quick techniques to solve all problems related to maths and save your time As you know the maths paper is a bit tough and require much speed with accuracy so you should go with this book to score high in maths..and you know if you score high in maths then there are higher chances for you to get selected Best of Luck..!! |

IBPS,conducts the written exam-CWE[common written exam]for the PO jobs. On the basis of the score IBPSwill issue a scorecard for job in banks which has one year validity. The syllabus for bank PO jobs includes: [1]Reasoning-50questions-50marks [2]English language-50questions-25marks [3]Quantitative aptitude-50questions-50marks [4]General awareness-50questions-50marks [5]Computer knowledge-50ques-50marks [6]Descriptive pattern on english composition-25marks {essay,precis,letter writing etc} Total marks are out of 250.Time for 1,2,3,4,&5 category will be 150minutes and 6th category will be 60minutes. The syllabus for bank PO includes:-
Reasoning Questions:- The reasoning part of the question paper examines your reasoning abilities and mental aptitude. So, it is imperative that you are prepared both verbally and non-verbally. For verbal tasks, you should prepare analogy, Coding- Decoding, Blood Relations, decision making, Problem on Age Calculation, Arithmetical Reasoning, etc Quantitative Aptitude Questions:- Algebra, profit and loss, unitary methods, number system, decima fractions, simple and compound interest, fractions, simple and compound interest, percentage, average, ratio and proportions, simplifications, time and distance, time and work etc. simplifications, time and distance, time and work etc English Language Questions:- Vocabulary, grammar, synonyms and antonyms, comprehension, sentence formation, error connection, subject verb agreement etc General Awareness Questions:- Genera knowledge questions, you should be familiar with atest happenings, International and Nationa Organizations, important dates, sports, economics news, books and authors, awards and honors nventions and discoveries, political happenings in inventions and discoveries, political happenings in the country etc Best of luck!!!:-o |
