B.A. in political science is an undergraduate degree of three years duration. This course deals with the study of theory and practice of politics and analysis of political system and political behaviour. It tries to incorporate the study of historical as well as modern political system, international relations, public affairs and so on.

So if you have an interest in this field then this field is aptly suitable for you. For this course students from any background can apply- be it science, arts or commerce. You just need to have 50% or more marks in aggregate at 10+2 level. Some of the top colleges conducts an entrance exam to shortlist candidates while others prepare merit list on the basis of your boards exam marks.
