HI:
after competing B.SC , MBA IS one of the best way for higher study in management, but as you have complected B.SC you are having the deep knowledge of your core subjects, so it is also a batter work to prepare for UPSC exams,

for MBA if you get the IIM'S college then that would be best, other then this UPSC is the quite secure field AS we think of future, because in future we can't say any thing in the private sector , a govt, sector is quite safe one for any Emylee , so MY OPINION is that try for the UPSC exam.
