The LLB is a three years course if take after completing graduation. There are two types of LLB courses. First one is LLB 5 years course which is a integrated course. The second one is LLB 3 years course.

In terms of merit, both holds the same value. The difference is that integrated LLB can be taken after 12th since it includes course of a graduation degree. While LLB 3 years has to be taken after completing graduation.

Since you have completed graduation the course ideal for you would be LLB 3 years. But please do not apply for it through correspondence because Bar Council of India does not recognize any such degree.

You will not be able to register with any bar council thus won't be allowed to practice in the court. Always apply for LLB through regular mode.


LLB Eligibility

1. You should have completed graduation.

2. At least 45 percent marks in graduation.

3. SC and ST need 40 percent marks.

4. The maximum age limit is 30 years.

5. There is 5 years relaxation for SC and ST.

6. No relaxation is given to OBC.

llb course from a regular course is valid from bar council of india , distance course is not valid for practice in india
