1) My mark is 75 in COMEDK UGET. What will be my expected rank?
2) Can I get computer science in top colleges of Bangalore?
3) Can I get chemical in top colleges of Bangalore?

you may get a R.V. college, MS Ramaiah institute of technology or PES institute of technology. it is best colleges of Karnataka which you may get if your rank under 4621, 9337, 8062 in comedk respectively.

Since your marks are 75 which are average scores in the entrance of COMEDK ,it will be highly difficult to get computer science in the premier institutes of bangalore.
But you can get in some other good colleges(not the best) like BIT,DSIT,SBMJCE,
NMIT,SMVIT,RNSIT.
IF you want chemical ,you can get it in some better colleges like BMSCE,MSRIT,RNSIT,BIT,etc.
