i have got 35000 pcm rank in comedk so will i be eligible to take computer or i.t engineering in bangalore?will i get a good colleges? pl provide me the lists of colleges which i can get admit

i don't think you will get good colleges with this rank .
but you will get a seat in any college because there are so many colleges in Bangalore .
so don't worry about that .

It will be very difficult a seat in any good college for CS or Information Technology.

If you are adamant on taking a college in Bangalore,then you can get in colleges like:

AMC

AIT

NMIT

DBIT
