To pursue Master of Computer Application from University of Delhi, you must hold a B.Sc (Hons.) Degree in Computer Science and must have scored at least 60% marks in the same.
The minimum eligible to pursue the course is 20 years.

If you fulfill the eligibility criteria mentioned above, you will have to qualify an entrance exam conducted by Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi. The examination will comprise of both Objective Type Questions as well as Comprehensive Questions.
