What's the procedure for changing the subjects in IEI,Kolkata? I've done my diploma in Hindi medium and now English language is quite tough to cope with
dear sir
i have done diploma in civil engg. and i have already registered with IEI,kolkata.but still i havnot given any exam because i have done my diploma in hindi medium and english language is going realy though for me so i want to change myv language from english to hindi. is it possible if yes please give me complet details about it? |

for institution of engneers in india english is must.but they provided option in hindi only for those who have diploma.it is wrong.the condidate who pass hsc in hindi he cant choose hindi .
