Dear Sir/Madam, a) I want to know from which date is the application form issued for class of UKG for the year 2018?
b) What are the documents required for the same to proceed?
c) Is caste certificate also required?

UKG application forms release date is dependent on school. Every school has its own date of releasing application forms. In this case, you will have to contact the school authority through their contact details.

For admission, you will require student's birth certificate, address proof, identity proof, date of birth proof. If Aadhaar card is there, then it will be acceptable at school.

Caste certificate will be required for admission only if the student belongs to reserved caste category.

You have not mentioned the city and state where you want to take admission in UKG.

UKG admission begins in most of the schools from last week of december and is completed by February.

You have to check the schools website as most of the good schools admission procedure is done online.

Documents required are:

date of birth certificate
Id and Adress Proof of Parents
Aadhaar card
