when i take admission for the company secretry course in pune colleges in the year 2012-2013

The Company Secretary Course is run by One Institutions called Institute of Company Secretaries Of India all over India.

This Institute has Regional office and centers all over all India.

You have not mentioned your qualification.

If you are 12th you can register your self with ICSI for Foundation level OR if you are Graduate you can register for Executive level .

You can register online or buy prospectus and Admission form from it's centers.

As Centers are all over India you may find any center near you .

This is distance education course (with option of oral coaching )and you can purse some other qualification with this

like you can purse your Bachelor degree with course if you are 12th passed candidate.

Admission is open though out the year.examination are held twice a year in june and december.
