when is the notification of bee in energy auditor?...please tell me the date for it

Please see the notification for the 12th Exam in http://www.emt-india.net/exam/12Exam/Prospectus12thExam.pdf.

You can note that the eligibility includes degree with three years experience involving use of energy in operation, maintenance, planning, etc.

Since you are involved with Transformer design, I presume that you are eligible to appear for the exam, provided you satisfy other conditions.
