Well, currently the counseling procedure is already over. But the tragedy is that all the seats are not filled even after the counseling of first or second round. So the good news for you is that you can approach the colleges of Chandigarh directly to secure a seat in the college. But now you cannot enter an engineering college based on counseling process anymore. Either the college will have some general vacant seats.
To avail general vacant seats you have to contact the college office or have to go in person over there. Then you need to show the photocopies of your testimonials and apply for the vacant posts.
The second option is taking admission in sponsored seats. These seats are very costly. If you wish to avail any of those vacant seats, you need to spend around 6-7 lakh. If you can afford that then getting admission will not be a problem, even if the counseling procedure is already closed.
