Notification for TANCET 2010 are yet not been announced,it is likely to be announced in the month of april 2010 ( tentative ) and the entrance will be held in may 2010... good luck and hence keep an eye on it , or else do contact us in the month of April..bye good luck and till then prepare well..bye take care and all the best .......

Degree Programmes in Tamil Nadu for the year 2010 – 2011 offered at University Departments of Anna University Chennai, Anna University Coimbatore, Anna University Trichy, Anna University, Tirunelveli, Govt. Engineering, Arts and Science Colleges, Govt. Aided Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges, and Govt. Quota seats in self-financing Engineering, Arts & Science Colleges / standalone Institutions.

The Anna University (Chennai) will conduct the 2011 edition of the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2011) on May 29 and 30, 2011.
Availability of Application forms:

The form can also be obtained by post by sending a Demand Draft along with the request for form.Candidates can also download the form online through the website www.annauniv.edu. There will be a common form for all the programmes and candidates who want to appear for more than one programme has to pay additional examination fees for every programme

The completed application (registered through Internet) should reach The Secretary, TANCET, Centre for Entrance Examinations, Anna University Chennai, Chennai 600 025 on or before 26.04.2010, by 5.30 p.m. The Applications received after the due date and time will not be considered at any cost.

TANCET MBA Exam Date 2012 : 31st March, 2012 ( Saturday ); 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 P.M.
TANCET MCA Exam Date 2012 : 31st March, 2012 ( Saturday ); 2.30 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.
TANCET ME / MArch / MTech / MPlan Exam Date 2012 : 1st April, 2012 ( Sunday ); 10.00 A.M. to 12.00 P.M.

Eligibility
10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Maths and English as main subjects with aggregate of 55% marks in Maths and Physics.

For SC/ST/OBC candidates and General candidates having higher qualification with Maths and Physics subjects, minimum aggregate marks in Physics and Maths at 10+2 level are 50%.
