The BITS Admission Test, often known as BITSAT, for the year 2012 will be held from 10-05-2012 to 09-06-2012.

The last date to apply for the test has expired on 15-02-2012.

The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) has declared the BITS admission test dates, popularly known as BITSAT 2011. The exam is conducted for admissions to all integrated first degree programmes of the institutes. BITS is located at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. The admission to the BITS campuses for the academic year 2011-2012 will be made on the basis of BITSAT 2011. The test is computer based online test.

The candidates who have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State Board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible to apply for this exam.

The candidate should obtain a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The exam will be conducted between 11th May to 10th June 2011. The BITS offer a special opportunity to board exam toppers that they can directly take admission into the course without giving any specific exam. The last date to fill the form is 31st January, 2011.

To get into BIT's Birla institutes of technology you need to appear into this exam.

Important Dates

This will be a Computer Based Online Test so you need to book your date and time on or before 20th March 2012.

You have to book your online test date and time before 20th March.

All these, if you had submitted your application before the deadline, which lapsed on 15th Feb. Else, you have to wait for one full year!
