From where can I get the AIEEE registration form?


Which are the branches from where we can get the AIEEE registration forms ?

AIEEE forms are available only online. You have to fill in the form online. You can find the application form in the official website of AIEEE. You have to take the print out of the page after submitting the form. You should send the application form after affixing the photo and other details through speed post.

To get registration Number,click on below link.

After filling the form and clicked submit,the computer will generate a Registration Number.Note down the registration Number.

For payment process,click on below clink.

In this,enter your Registration Number,select payment mode(Demand Draft/Credit/Debit card),enter you date birth and enter text mentioned below and click on submit.

Then You will get a confirmation page,were their some blank to fill by manually like Thumb print,photo to paste,Signature and Residential Address.

And you have to keep this confirmation page in Envelope and you have send to
Joint Secretary AIEEE unit
Central Board of Secondary Education
PS 1-2
Institutional Area
IP Extension
Patparganj
Delhi-110092

This Envelope should be reached before 5th Jan 2012 by speed post/Registration post.

Note:If you think you will pay amount through Demand draft,then you should select payment mode as Demand draft and remaining Procedure is same.Just you should place Demand draft with Confirmation page while posting.Don't forget to write your registration number,Residential Address on back side of Demand draft.If you make payment through debit/credit card,you will charge 2% extra on fees.After payment successfully write down the payment receipt number for future evidence.

Make Demand draft in favor of
Secretary,Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi.
If you want to pay fee in Demand.

>>Last date to fill the application form is 31st Dec 2012.

Hello

Step 1: Online Registration Involves filling up choices, indicative seat availability, mock counselling and locking facility.
Dates: June 11 - June 23
Plan of action: You can use Internet from any place of your convenience. You can also avail get guidance from help centres. Most of participating institutes also double as help institutes.

What you have to do-:

1) All candidates declared 'eligible' for AIEEE 2011 seat allotment process are required to register online through Internet (www.ccb.nic.in) from places convenient to them.
2) Access the website and click on Registration
3) The names of the two streams - Engineering and Architecture - will appear on the computer screen; click on the desired stream.
4) Register yourself as new candidate
5) Enter your name, roll number, application number, date of birth
6) Take out a printout of the registration form containing the personal data.

Step 2: Locking of choices
Dates: June 11- June 23
Plan of action: Candidates must lock their choices only after they have finalised them before the given date & time. After the choices are locked, candidates will not be able to change their choices. A printable version of the choices along with the terms and conditions agreed by the candidate at the time of registration, is displayed once the choices are locked.

What you have to do

1) Once you are registered you have to mark your choice of branches and institutes in order of their preference.
2) The procedure for exercising choices and seeking pertinent information is guided through appropriate messages and tabs on the computer screen.
3) Before filling your choices, you will be required to read and agree to terms and conditions given there.
4) As per the eligibility of the candidate, available seat information relating to institutes and disciplines (engineering / technology and architecture/ planning) will be displayed.
5) Fill in as many choices in your order of preference as you wish to from the list of available seats.
6) Candidates are permitted to change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices. Choices should be positively locked before the specified last date & time.
7)The locking of choices involves a few steps after the LOCK button is clicked. This includes steps like entering the password, confirming the locking etc. Candidate should follow all the steps carefully to complete the locking procedure.
8) After the choices are locked, candidates will not be able to change their choices. A printable version of the choices, along with the terms and conditions agreed by the candidate at the time of registration, is displayed once the choices are locked. Candidates must take a printout (hard copy) of the locked choices, sign it and produce it at the time of reporting to the Admission Center.

Step 3: First round of counselling
Date: June 24
Plan of action: Check allotment status on the Central Counselling Board website. Then you should download and print allotment letter.

Step 4: Candidate personal reporting at Admission Centres against the first round of counselling.
Date: June 26 - July 02
Plan of action:
i) Get your documents verified
ii) Pay initial fee
iii) Exercise upgradation option and obtain provisional admission letter from AC.
iv) Candidates who fail to report will lose their seats automatically and will not be considered for subsequent rounds.

Step 5: Second round of seat allotment
Date:July 05
Plan of action: Check allotment status on CCB website and download the allotment letter.

Step 6: Candidate personal reporting at Admission Centres against the second round of allotment.
Dates: July 06 - July 10
Plan of action:
i) Get your documents verified
ii) Pay initial fees
iii) Exercise upgradation option and obtain provisional admission letter from AC.
iv) First round allottees who desire to change option, may approach the same Admission Centre.
v) Candidate not reporting will lose their seat allotment automatically and will not be considered for subsequent round.

Step 7: Third round of counselling.
Dates: July 13
Plan of action: Check allotment status on CCB website and get a printout of allotment letter.
