Sorry to say there is no site which freely provide whole books.....so you need to buy books from bookshop...which you easily get...

You can not download books for Net exam because there is not any fixed book for net .Net related subject include so many writer's book of any Subject.
You can download previous papers of net exam and for more information you can visit on:-
