There are many online websites which offers sample question papers for IIT JEE. Please visit these sites as to get hold of these question papers. Many books are also available in the bookstores which have previous years question papers and its answer keys. These are excellent recourses and are very dependable throughout the preparation process.

I have attached from 2007 to 2010 IIT JEE papers Fully solved.

But if you want More previous year Question Papers then You should Go for Askiitian's Website which is having Only Question Papers from 1997 to 2008...
