THe application form of AssoCET can be bought from Private Medical and Dental Colleges of your state.

You can even buy the forms from various centres of AMUPMDC.

You can even buy it from the centre by paying 500 through Demand Draft.

You can even get the forms from Punjab National bank for 500 Rs

Dear Friend;

Greeting for the day;

Asso-CET is conducted by the Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges (AMUPMDC) for the students seeking admission in BDS/OT/BHMS/MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/Nursing courses in private dental and medical colleges in Maharashtra.

The application form and required application brochure can be collected from the private dental and medical colleges of the state.
The application forms are available on payment of a Demand Draft of Rs. 500.

you can also get the form from the office of AMUPMDC by post. An additional Demand Draft of hundred rupees needs to be paid for the postal charges.

Asso-CET 2011 application forms can also be collected from the selected branches of Punjab National Bank on payment of Rs. 500.

The examination fee of Rs. 1500 should also be paid in demand draft. The demand drafts should be drawn in favour of “AMUPMDC”, Mumbai.
