In order to be considered eligible for the post of Engineering Executives in BHEL as well as NTPC, candidate must qualify Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.

The public sector units mentioned above takes various things under consideration before shortlisting the candidate for Group Discussion and Interview:

• Marks secured in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering.
• Marks secured in Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree exam, whichever is applicable.
  Age of the applicant.

Now, while applying for the post of Engineering Executives in these public sector units, candidate need to follow the registration process notified by each of them and along with other details, candidates will need to submit their GATE Registration Number.
On the basis of GATE score and other information provided in to the application form, candidates are shortlisted for Group discussion and Interview conducted by each PSU's separately.
