The Ayurved Associate PG CET (Postgraduate Common Entrance Test) brochure and application form can be obtained from the official website of the Association of Management of Ayurvedic Medical Colleges of Maharashtra (AMAMC).
Here are the steps to download the application form:

1. Visit the official website of AMAMC i.e. http://www.amamc.in/.
2. Click on the "examination" tab on the top navigation bar.
3. Click on the "PG CET" from the dropdown menu.
4. Look for the application form link and click on it to download the document in .pdf.
5. Print out the application form and fill it including your personal information, educational qualification and exam center preferences.
6. Submit the filled-out application form along with the necessary documents and the application fee before the deadline.
