From where and how to take admission in Aeronautical Engineering after completing Diploma in Electrical Engineering? Can I do B.Tech or I will have to do Diploma only in Aeronautical Engineering? Will I be considered for direct 2nd year admission?

As you have completed your Dipoma in Aeronautical Engineering therefore, now you are eligible to pursue B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering through lateral entry and you will get admission directly in 2nd year.
Most of the state colleges do not conduct any Entrance exam and they give admission to the candidate depending upon their percentage in diploma course during the counselling process.

Procedure to get admission in BTech aeronautical engineering course after diploma:-
You need to appear in Lateral Entry Examination like LEET, ECET, JELET etc, which is conducted by your respective state entrance examination board.
By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination ranks, you will be allotted seat in a particular college and you can get admission in 2nd year of 4 years B.Tech course.

Your age should be above 17 years.
