Whether a 2nd MA degree in the same subject is valid for doing 2nd PhD?

Sir, I did my MA in English Literature with 53% and did my PhD as at that time the criteria of PhD was 50%. Now, after getting PhD I did another MA in English Literature. My question is if I will show my 2nd MA in English then my PhD will be valid? Otherwise again I have to sit for NET and do PhD as I got PhD in 2009 July, so I am getting the option of not clearing NET as declared in 2016. Please help. As I didn't have 55%, so I cleared the criteria. So PhD with 1st NA should be valid as the papers are mostly same.

Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
