I had an ATKT in 2007 in Final Accounts, even after several attempts was unable to clear it, now planning to apply once again. Hence, need to know whether I can clear the ATKT of the specified subject or do I have to reappear as a fresh student for TY B.Com as it has been more than 5 years now?

As per the rules you will again have to take the course as a fresher if you had left the course and the duration of the following has extended more than 5 years of leaving the course as 4 years is the maximum time for break for the following.
