Dear Sir, I am working in Saudi Arabia and am a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Is Diploma with 20 years experience is equivalent to degree then how to apply for Engineer certificate?

True qualification must be diploma but for experience purpose can it be treated as degree holder.there is a order of supreme/high court that diploma holder having experience more than 10 years may be treated as graduate engineer
