I am 32 years 2 months old and belongs to OBC caste category. Can I apply and appear for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examination? When it is held? And, latest by when one must apply?

TNPSC Notification releases for different posts as below :
1)Assistant Engineer
2)Junior Architect
3)Assistant Director
For all posts eligibility criteria is different.
1)B.Tech/B.E, B.Sc for Assistant Engineer
2)B.Arch, Diploma for Junior Architect
3)B.Tech/B.E for Assistant Director.

Educational Qualification:--

Engineering/ equivalent from any recognized university/ institution.

Age Limit (as on 01.07.2019)

For Assistant Electrical Inspector Candidates Maximum age should be 39 years.

For Assistant Engineer & Junior Architect Candidates Maximum age should be 30 years.
