Who all are eligible to write the Junior Civil Judge (JCJ) entrance examination?
Hi, I have completed my LLB and presently doing a government job. Am I eligible for the entrance examination of Junior Civil Judge (JCJ)? If yes, then when and how to apply for it? When is the upcoming JCJ examination going to be conducted?

Minimum Marks: a) Only such candidates who secure 40% marks (for OC category), 35% (for BC category), and 30% (for SC and ST categories), in case of direct recruitment, shall be treated as qualified in the written examination.

In every state, civil judge exam is conducted for which they have their own defined eligibility criteria.
Here, I am listing eligibility criteria for Andhra Pradesh Civil Judge Exam. Moreover from completing LLB, you should meet eligibility requirements defined by Civil Judge exam. Following are the points that must be possessed by a candidate if he/she wish to appear for Andhra Pradesh Civil Judge Exam.
Andhra Pradesh Civil Judge 2020 exam dates are not announced yet. However, exam is usually conducted in August while application forms are released in June. |

Eligibility to write the Junior Civil Judge entrance examination:-
The candidate must have completed graduation degree in Law are eligible to apply for civil judge entrance examination. The candidate must have a citizen of India . Age limit 21 to 35 years( reservation are applicable from government rules) Selection process:- Preliminary examination, Mains examination. |

Those candidates who have completed graduation degree in Law from a recognised University are eligible to apply for this examination.
The age limit needed for the exam is that the candidate must have 21 to 35 years of age. Candidate must have a citizen of India as per the nationality standard . If your age going to satisfy all these criteria for the exam then you can apply for this exam . The candidate is selected through two stages:- Preliminary exam Main exam. |
