I am working under Central Govt. Ministry of MSME and want to do diploma in electrical .Please confirm is this diploma will valid for central govt. job./promotion

yes,diploma will be applicable for central government jobs.
you should be with good %..
but you will be having less pay when compared to btech/be..
jobs may be in APJENCO,APTRANSCO,APCPDCL,ISRO,NTPC,ONGC,DRDL,DRDO ,BOKORO STEEL PLANT..
