1. Establishment of a board to arbitrate the loan related disputes.
2. A ceiling on the rate of interest taken by the moneylenders.
3. Establishment of land mortage banks.
4. Registration of the moneylenders and ways of monitoring them.

Right now,Shri Nitish kumar is the present Chief Minister of Bihar since 2005, he is also the Home minister of Bihar.

He has gone through these terms when during the struggle for Chief Minister of Bihar with Lalu Prasad:

1st Term (3 March 2000 – 10 March 2000)

2nd Term (24 November 2005 – 24 November 2010)

3rd Term (26 November 2010 to present)

He is a teetotaler, does not smoke, and is a frugal eater and his nick name is "munna".

Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi banker, economist and Nobel Peace Prize recipient.

As a professor of economics, he developed the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.

These loans are given to entrepreneurs too poor to qualify for traditional bank loans.

In 2006 Yunus and Grameen Bank received the Nobel Peace Prize "for their efforts through microcredit to create economic and social development from below".

Yunus has received several other national and international honours. He was awarded the U.S. Congressional Gold Medal in 2010, and presented with it at a ceremony at the U.S. Capitol on 17 April 2013.

Mohammod Yunus born in 28/06/1940 was the first Home Minister of Bihar legislative Assembly.

Now Mr. Nitish kumar, the present Chief Minister of Bihar is the current Home Minister also.
