iI have a height of 5ft...weight 50 kg....age 18... will i be able to be an air hostess?

Yes, you will be able to be an air hostess.

Eligibility criteria required to get Air Hostess job are as under:-

-The candidate should have passed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The candidate with a diploma/ degree in Hotel Management or tourism management get preferences.

-The candidate minimum age limit to apply is 19 years and maximum is 27 years.

-The candidate should be unmarried and have good personality .

-The candidate must posses passport.

-The candidate must have quality diction, good pace, proper pitch and be enthusiastic in speech so that listeners can easily understand all the spoken words.

-The candidate must have a good command over English language.

Physical Requirements :

Height :

For female candidate : 157.5 cms and

For male candidate : 163 cms.

Weight : in proportionate with height.

Eyesight : 6/24 in each eye.Correctable to at least 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in the other eye.

I saw this criteria in the eligibility points, but I am using Contact Lenses. What should I do ?

You are not eligible to become an Air Hostess with less height 150 cms (5 feet).

Air Hostess Eligibility
- You must have passes graduation in hospitality from a recognized university.
- Age should be between 18 to 26 years.
- Minimum height should be 157.5 cms. Weight should be proportionate to height.
- Perfect eye sight.
- Mastery in spoken English and other foreign languages.
