I am 22 and have completed my graduation(B.Com from DU in 2007).As i want to be an air hostess i have searched a lot but could not get it clearly that training(air hostess) in some institute is essential or not. The eligibility criteria never indicates about the training.......what to do?????

In India one can be Air Hostess form the age of 19. Candidates are recruited who have a minimum qualification of 10+2. But higher qualification is given more preference, mostly if they have pursued their graduation or Diploma in the field of Hotel or Tourism Management. Training requirement is not mandatory as air hostess will be trained for a period before performing their job.

Some other eligibility criteria that you should be aware of are:

Fluency in English and other foreign languages.
Age limit is 19-27 years.
A minimum height of 157.5cm.
Must be unmarried with an eligibility to possess Indian passport.
6/24 vision in each eye

Sir, I completed my graduation (b.com) but I want to that how can I start my preparation to be a air hostage without any institute. And what about screen test, I don't know about screen test. I have some scars on face so can I apply for this job?

Can a pcb student without math can do MBA in aviation? For air hostess!!
