Will I be eligible to take COMEDK engineering exam while studying 12th in CBSC


I have studied 10+2 in CBSC board out side India, my parents from karnataka and i have studied 4yrs in karnataka: will i be eligible to take comed-k engineering exams? what category i fall & what is the fee?
