If you have cleared your engineering entrance exam then you are certainly eligible to apply for admission on the basis of rank in government colleges in Haryana. But remember your class 12 aggregate marks is also important on deciding whether you would get a seat or not. Unfortunately you haven't mentioned that. But looking at your rank and if you have scored minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 12 or equivalent from a recognized school/board, then you should definitely get a seat.

my state rank is 9999 can i get addmission in govt college and my cbse 12th result is 83.6%.
