Will I get admission in Punjab Engineering College Chandigarh after scoring 75% in diploma Mechanical?

i have did diploma in mechanical engg with 75% marks frpm psbte.
Should i will get admission in punjab engg. Colege chandigarh.
And if yes then sir what is the processor for that .
