After completing BCA, you can either try for higher studies or can have a rewarding career. Higher studies is much better than career, as the same helps to improve your future prospects. M.Sc IT course has much scope as that of B.Tech IT/CS course. MCA or MCM course will also be suitable for you. You can select the course according to your interest.

Shampy, as it is the situation today, that you must do M.Sc. IT. Otherwise getting a good job would be impossible. Since you have done BCA, I guess that you have spent more than Rs. 2 lacs in your entire course. When you go for a job, you will be offered jobs worth Rs.15,000 a month. Will that be enough for you? But one thing I should mention that if you prove your worth, then soon you will get promotions and your salary will be increased.
But even then doing M.Sc. IT will be more worthy. In fact there are a lot of companies in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru which offer jobs of higher salary to M.Sc. IT people. So the scope of people from M.Sc. are better than BCA. In fact, if you are an MBA right after your BCA, then the scope widens much more. The salary of MBA people are much more than those holding any other master degree. Anyways, if you have 60% or more in your graduation and if you can clear the entrance examination held for M.Sc. people, then you will be selected for M.Sc. IT.
