sir,i have scored 110 marks in aieee and i belong to obc category
would i get any nit or iiit, if not suggest me the best colleges

I think you will get NIT..
Really You get NIT because of your Cast..As you write in your question you have 110 marks in AIEEE and Belonging to OBC category then I think you will 100% get NIT at least you will get NIT Hamirpur which is also one of the top NIT in India ..
Here i am enclosing last two yesr cut off ranks at NIT Hamirpur...

With this much marks in AIEEE, your all India rank should come close to 50,000.
(It is only expected on the basis of trend of cutoffs).

At this AIR it is almost impossible to get an NIT or a IIIT under All India quota
even with OBC category privilege.

However, there are chances of getting an NIT under home state category but
that will completely depend on your state. If the closing rank of the NIT of your
home state goes high then chances are good for you but if the NIT of your home
state is filled on low ranks then there would be lesser chances.

Well from these much marks your all india rank will be more than 50000. so it will be difficult to get into the NITs.
However, you can get chance in some of the govt. colleges as well as private colleges across country.
So, better to go for the good government colleges.

inspite of reserved category there are very few chances of your getting admission in nit on the basis of all india rank......
it would be better if you drop one year and prepare weel for next time
you may even get chance in your specific state so wait for the counselling process...

This is difficult to get admission in IITs or NITs after scoring 110 marks. To get admission into the IITs or NITs you must have to score more than 180.
However from this much score you can get any good government as well as private colleges.

OBC is a very competitive pool of students

it is almost similar to general category, and hence it is not easy to get NIT's etc.

with 110 marks in Aieee you will get around 50000 rank,

also IIT's are through IIT-JEE and not aieee,

so your chances of getting an NIT is very low

There are good colleges in maharastra and south and also delhi region

where you can get admission on the basis of Aieee score,

In this marks you will not get any NIT and your rank will be approx 55000, but you can get an NIT only on the basis of your state rank which depends on your state(the place from where you did your 12 class).

Well might be there some chances for you to get NIT's but it is very low .You general rank
will be around 55 to 60 thousands so its not that easy .Also as there is no state quota is
available in NIT'S any more so it is totally depends on how much the OBC rank goes this
time only then it will be able to clear that whether you will get NIT's or not .

But for sure you will get last rank NIT'S if you get one .

hey this marks is not enogh to get you in nit.....by your obsc qoute....because if your rank is under 35000 then there is some chance of getting any of nit.

As per your rank in OBC you deserve NIT. All NITs are better provided you have seat for you.

If you do not get NIT please go for IIIT which is best option.

yes..you will get into a nit
just attend the counselling till the last round...nothing can be said specifically about which nit you will get...

Yes i thing ypu can get a seat in the NITs or in the IIITs. With this mark your all india rank will be nearly 60,000. But as you are OBC category, so you can expect a seat in some good and reputed colleges, but you may not get a desired branch of your choice.

first of all, admission to IIT is not through AIEEE

Secondly admission to NIT also no longer through AIEEE

AIEEE has been discontinued

For admission to IIT and NIT you will have to appear for IIT JEE mains and Advanced

for admission in IIT you will have to qualify IIT JEE mains and then qualify IIT JEE Advanced and you should be amongst the top 20% of your 12th board

for admission in to NIT you should qualify IIT JEE Mains
This year 40% weightage is given to 12th board and 60% marks is given to your score in IIT JEE mains

Admission to NIT is given on the basis of this merit list
