Which college i can get after scoring 195 rank in IP UNIVERSITY in Bsc nursing CET

It is somewhat hard to get stream of your choice based on this rank since it all depends on cut-off which normally goes somewhat high. Still, apply for admission and there may be a good chance to secure a seat (as you have quota as well).
Even if you are unable to make it, then don't worry. There are other good options available out there from where you could pursue this course. Some of them are: BITS, PEC, Lovely Professional University (LPU), VIT, Osmania,......etc; as they also provide good education and have better infrastructure.
