i may get a rank around 9000. can i get a seat in nit warrangal/trichy/suratkal as a mechanical/EEE SEAT

You have few chances to get admission in government colleges because your rank is not below 5000.If you have below 5000 rank,then there will be confidence about your admission in government college.But it is sure that you will get seat in well reputed college.But you once try to get admission in government college,next you go to other colleges.
