Will I get a seat in Panmalar engineering college after scoring 191.50 cutoff marks


My cut off mark is 191.50.i am interested to join in ece.whether i will get a seat in panmalar engg college by councelling.otherwise for cse pls direct ne good engg college.pls reply me soon.thanks
