B.Tech 65% and Inter 75%, would i eligible for gate exam for upsc Service ?

Candidates are not eligible to get the recruitment in services offered through UPSC examination after qualifying in GATE.

Candidates have to appear and qualify in UPSC examination to get the respective service.

Yes, you can appear in both GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) and UPSC Civil Services examination or UPSC Engineering Services Examination having completed your B.Tech with 65% marks in aggregate as there is no criteria of minimum marks required in graduation degree for appearing in these examination.

Also, one thing I would like to mention here is that GATE is held for offering admission in higher degree courses in IITs,NITs and other premier technical institutes and jobs in various PSUs but not UPSC jobs.
